HOW DOES
THESHOPLORD.COM PROCESS PAYMENTS?

Our pricing is based on the USD, U.S. Dollar. All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.


I DON’T WANT MY ORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP, within 4 hours, or your order will have already been processed. E-mail us with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject so we check it first. As we strive to get our orders out as soon as possible, we do not guarantee being able to process a cancellation. Please note that due to high fraud activities that we received, there's a $5 charge on Order Cancellation. Therefore we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-10 business days for the tracking information to update after it is scanned.
For tracking on our packages coming straight from the warehouse, tracking also won't update while it's going through customs. This is normal across the board, and the timing depends on your country.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

TheShopLord.com partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on the way (please email us for tracking)  :)


I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

WILL HOLIDAYS AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES?

Due to the high amount of shipments that are sent and delivered in this season, orders can be expected to arrive up to 10 business days later than expected. This means that all orders made in November-December, and January-February can take up to 35 business days to arrive. 

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

TheShopLord.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
 

Cancellations & Returns:


WHEN IS A REFUND POSSIBLE?

At TheShopLord.com, we strive to provide the easiest online shopping experience. You are covered and your money is safe, so an exchange/refund will be issued if:
- The received item is defective.
- You received the incorrect item.
Please note you will be required to provide pictures of the received item to qualify for exchange/refund.

WHEN ARE REFUNDS NOT POSSIBLE?

If you have placed an order with a wrong item / address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. 
You will not be eligible for an exchange/refund for the following reasons:
- The order is not corrected within 24 hours.
- The product is not broken/defective or is damaged because of use or
- The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Received the correct item but you want to exchange to a different color/type.
