Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Shop Lord. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we curate.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at The Shop Lord. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by shopping with us you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP, within 4 hours, or your order will have already been processed. E-mail us with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject so we check it first. As we strive to get our orders out as soon as possible, we do not guarantee being able to process a cancellation.
 

RETURNS

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. If you make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met, the first thing you need to start is to contact our Support Team and please also provide us the following information:
  • Original order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
  • Requested replacement item's name, number and color
  • Your shipping address and phone number
Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return process has to be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition. 
Once we agree to take back your purchases, please make sure you write a note with your order number or PayPal ID so that we are able to find the order details.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for orders returned that are not defective or incorrect. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale Items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Lingerie
  • Gift Cards
     

REFUNDS (If applicable)

Unfortunately, Sale Items are non-refundable.

The Shop Lord does not provide a return shipping label - you are responsible for return shipping. 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached, in the same package sent.  
Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you, at the cost of the buyer. 
If buyer is unwilling to pay for return shipping, the item will remain stored in our warehouse until such time the shipping fee is paid.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a defective item, please contact us at orders@theshoplord.com within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures (under 2mb) and your order number. 
We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. 
For defective items, we will work with you and reprimand the situation.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

STOLEN PACKAGES

If your item has not arrived but your delivery service has it marked as delivered and your delivery address on your order is correct, please contact the shipment company for resolution.

If you believe your package was taken, please file a police report before contacting us to see if your item can be replaced. The report number and info will be required.


RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and there is a 20% restocking fee for any returned item(s). 
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

 

All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without a corresponding RMA form and/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns (except items determined to be defective by our returns department).

 

We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Please be sure to email us for authorization before sending the items back. We are not responsible for items that are returned to the wrong address if we are not contacted beforehand.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
